Vehicle Detail

I bought this to make as a daily driver. I really don't have the time. Yes, the car really has 42K on it. It needs extensive body work in the wagon area. Since I am not a welder, this would take longer than I have. I have a dead line to meet and right now it doesn't look like I can meet it. If the dead line comes and goes and I still have the car I will become a welder/fabricator. It has the original back seat that someone recovered. The front seat is out of something else but is bolted in. Originally it was a 283 car. It now has a 1970 307 two barrel. It does run but I haven't adjusted the carb, and yes it needs adjusted. It still has the original powerglide that seems to work fine, I haven't had it out on the road. The trim tag seems to be correct. It says that the car has Aztec Bronze paint, Fawn Beige interior, powerglide, tinted windshield, power tailgate. I believe that the original vin was 136356K104511. The story goes that a guy had it and stored it in this junkyard in Indiana. The guy died and they had to get a new title and vin. The car was there for 30 years. That's the story I got and would explain the condition of the back. I can't sell it for less than what I have in it, I am sorry. Like I said, if I can't sell it for that, then I will make it beautiful again. My wife has been away and I would like to have this disappear before she gets home. Now you know why I have it on eBay! I will gladly answer any questions you may have. Please ask them before you bid. I can deliver this for a fee. It is for sale locally for the same price so it may be removed at any time. I will get more pics this weekend. I forgot to mention that when I got the car the guy I got it from said that it had a COMPLETE new brake system on it. When I pulled the wheels off, sure enough, it was all new. The lines, wheel cylinders, shoes, even the master cylinder is new. But when I pulled off the first drum and saw that the primary show was on the back, that's when I knew I was in for some fun. And sure enough, the adjuster that was on the right was the one from the left side. It is ALL straight now. There are complete new spring kits in each wheel. The front has new grease seals with the bearings packed already with Napa red grease done the old school way (with my hands). The front drums were lightly cut, mostly to get the outside groove off and I bought new drums for the rear. The brake cables need replaced. I supposed then the brake system isn't completely new. Also it has a brand new aluminum radiator that looks like at least a three core. It has never had water in it. I also have additional pictures that I am having trouble loading onto eBay. Email me your address and I will shoot them over to you.
