99 Kia Sportage suv,4x4,locking hubs,runs great.Pa dept of transportation will not transfer title because of mileage not matching title (Dash says 143000 and title says 171000) So it CAN"T BE TRANSFERED!!! I have rejcted title and paperwork for vehicle.It was a police impound that the owner surrendered the title to for payment.We put a new windshield and other parts on vehicle to pass inspection,sold the vehicle,and had to buy back because of mileage discrepancy.This is the last time I am listing it and will scrap it if it doesn't neet reserve.
