Vehicle Detail

This is a 1995 Taurus SHO I purchased about 3 years ago and drove it till the clutch went out on me. I went out of my way to find a 5 speed, Blue exterior model that was from an area with no snow/salt and ate up with rust. I obtained this car from Portland and had it shipped. It is solid from front to back with nothing but slight surface rust in some scratches. It has been stored in my garage with the intention of fixing the clutch and touching up some of the body defects but I have ZERO time and I need the room. Like many of the future collectable cars I have sold in the past, I'm sure I will regret it later. The Good: Royal Blue Poly exterior with Gray interior. Just a pretty color combo you don't see very often. MTX 5 speed for this model year shows only 2032 made. The 3.0 Yamaha motor still runs great. No smoke, drips or noise. Pretty clean too. New ALL aluminum radiator. No plastic end cap tanks on this one. Decent Goodyear 225/17 radials with after market wheels. Probably at least half the tread left. Interior is nice with no major defects. Front seats are from later Gen 3 model and fit perfect. No holes anywhere. Carpet was replaced when I bought it. To my knowledge everything on the car works. The AC was very cold when I ran it today with a outside temp of 97F. Cruise control, Deluxe radio,CD etc.. It ALL works. The calipers and pads were replaced about 10K ago. It handles tight still and struts are solid. Original Paperwork and many repair receipts. The Bad: The clutch and pressure plate is shot. I can get it in gear sometimes with some grinding but it complains a lot. Should be able to drive on a trailer though. The right rear passenger door and quarter panel was bumped at some point before I bought it and I never got to it. I do have a perfect door ( needs paint ) that goes with the car. The left front bumper was rubbed by someone and it needs paint as well. Nothing broke though. The windshield has a vertical crack in the middle. It past the last PA inspection but should be swapped. Right side dash vent is missing some louvers. This is an over all solid car and with a little TLC and a few bucks in parts, you will have one of the rarest and (in my opinon), prettiest Gen II SHO's made. I have a clean PA title in hand. I will help with loading on a trailer if you want to pick up yourself or have a shipper come to house.
