This is a 66 nissan patrol, built in Japan and imported to the US to compete against the Broncos and Jeeps. That being said it has a larger drivetrain and beefier suspension than either of those vehicles, axles are nissan made and equivalent to dana 60's with 410 gear and a inline 6 240cid engine, single barrel rochester carb. Engine plate says it produces 135HP@3500 rpms and read online it produces around 265IBS of torque, also came with a factory PTO for a winch and 3 speed manual tranny mated to a Two speed transfer. Leaf springs all the way around and right now it has 33inch buckshot mudders fitted with no lift and no rubbing. Recently got the engine running and it idles smooth with no knocks or pings however at around half throttle it spits ands sputters because the carb needs a rebuild kit.(15$@autozone). Also it needs a waterpump, hoses and radiator, front driveshaft, I moved the truck around a little while the engine was cold and the gears shift freely and the clutch works great. all engine parts are available thru most forklift dealers cause the P40 engine still existists today in nissan forklifts and nothing has changed component wise. Only 1500 of these vehicles where ever sold stateside so not many are left. im asking 1500$ for this one but we will see what happens. There is no title as it was donated to a recycling yard where it was going to be crushed so i rescued it.
