Vehicle Detail

Clean title-(this means I have a clean title and you can put it on the street, stop asking) 24k miles 520 conversion Geared -1 +4 Power Commander custom tuned 126whp K&N's 2-1 exhaust- custom Yoshimura muffler Pair/flapper delete OHLINS STEERING DAMPNER Galfer pads Stainless brake/clutch lines Tail raised 2" Metzeler Race techs (rear is used up, good streetable center though) White blue pearl (number plates are painted black pearl, numbers are just decals) This bike melts your face off from 2k all the way up to the soft rev limiter that hasn't been removed. The gearing may seem a little extreme at first glance(-1 +4 rear) but need not worry. The rc51 is geared super tall factory, with current gearing the bike still does ballpark 160's on the limiter. Speedo isn't healed and reads 196mph topped out so you can impress your friends easier. All the bike needs to be inspected in PA is a set of front turn signals, mirrors, plate light, and a horn. All of which I have to go with it. Best option would be a lenient inspection station, or go hard without inspection because police helis can't keep up. This thing sounds orgasmic with its gear driven cams and 2-1 exhaust. The muffler is a left side for a Busa. This leaves the Yoshimura badge facing inboard.(since it's mounted on the right side of the RC51) This way it looks smooth from the outside, hanging from its carbon fiber hanger strap, but you'll still get bro-points. Sometimes when I start it I half expect to see money flying out of the tailpipe.(to no avail) The wheels have been painted the same color as the number plates and are as fresh as new. New bearings and seals were installed at this time. The bike was painted in a garage, not a paint booth so there are some minor imperfections, dirt nibs and such. I never color sanded or buffed so the majority of the defects could be reduced significantly if so desired. The headlights are a set of fog lights custom molded, friction fit that I have HID's for. One of them fell out at NJMP when the bike and I were nearing light speed, I was too scared to leave it pinned long enough to go back in time and catch it as it wiggled out. The lights I used can be had here on Ebay for about $50. The reason I'm selling is because I have a few other projects I'd like to finish and or get started. Not interested in trades unless you have a ridiculous cafe' bike or an OIF Triumph. I also must add this being an 02 makes it an SP-2, the more desirable Rc51. 00-01 were "SP-1". Sp-2 Sp-1 62mm throttle bodies 54mm 12 jet injectors 4 jet Redesigned exhaust ports Shot peened wrist pins Larger diameter head tube/bearings Lighter but larger, more rigid swing arm Redesigned lighter wheels and a handfull of other small changes in suspension, rear subframe, ect. Both sp-1 and sp-2s are amazing bikes, the sp-2 is just slightly more refined. On May-31-11 at 11:47:55 PDT, seller added the following information: Guys (and possibly gals), I don't know what the malfunction is with many of your fundamental reading skills but this bike IS CLEAN TITLED. It's very frustrating being flooded with emails with questions that have been clearly answered in the add. I don't mind spending a little time helping and answering questions but some of this is getting down right monotonous. I'm not sure if I'm getting trolled, or if this bike is truly such a work of art it paralyses comprehension. If you're legitimately thinking about buying something, I'd imagine you'd read the entire add, maybe even a few times? ALSO, If you bid, please plan on paying. I waited 7 days for this to run out, please don't make me spend more time to re-list it and wait yet another week. Many legit possible buyers will have already gotten a bike by the time this auction runs out for the second time, limiting my market. If you're one of the 62 watchers feel free to send me an email at the end of the auction so I could get in contact with you later if the winning bidder backs out.
