This is a nice vintage BMW R 60 Toaster Tank with the long wheel base. It's in original condition with the original paint, it's shows wear but not unduly... genuinely a nice looking bike in Worn but exceptionally usable condition. I bought this bike in El Paso Texas last November simply to ride it across the country. Having never been around one before I had no idea what to expect but it turned out to be a wonderful adventure... Mechanically the bike is fine the motor runs well, the Transmission works fine and the bike doesn't leak... The Metzler tires were new 1500 miles ago. The odometer showed 58k miles as I left El Paso but as it clicked to 59k the odometer seemed to strip ( it does read correctly except the first digit ) The Aluminum rims are nice as well . There are a couple of minor scratches in the tank but the bike overall is nice. This is my first selling experience on ebay so feel free to ask questions, A $500 dollar deposit after winning the bid will be required within 24hrs. I can arrange shipping with all costs forwarded to the buyer before shipment and am willing to transport it for 1 dollar per loaded Mile.
