This is a legally binding contract and the last bidder will be the owner of this great vehicle. 2005 Dodge Magnum Hemi R/T We have for sale this excellent conditioned Magnum R/T. Well maintained and tastefully upgraded, it is an absolute joy to drive. The body and paint are virtually flawless. Paint is glossy like it was when new. Windows are tinted and in great shape. Headlights have been replaced with the SRT model lights and the tail lights are upgraded to aftermarket LED lights. The wheels are TSW Thruxton 20" and give the car a great look. The interior remains great as well with only small damage to the driver seat bottom that can be seen in our pictures. From the dash, carpet, headliner, seats, to the rear cargo area, the rest of the interior is like new. Mechanically the car is sound. There is only 40k miles on the motor which was replaced by the dealership while under warranty. There are no odd noises from the motor or the chassis to be heard. Flowmaster catback exhaust gives the car great sound without being too loud. These cars have a known issue with the torque convertors, but this one was replaced with an SRT torque convertor with the higher stall only 1000 miles ago. This car is in great shape overall and being well maintained can be sure to bring you enjoyment for years to come. We focus in purchasing quality collector vehicles that we can accurately value its Ebay market price based on years of professional experience. Driver quality vehicles do need maintenance and attention in certain areas since many are 40 and 50 year old and attention to keep them driving safely in the streets is constantly needed. Project Quality = We very rarely offer projects and as the word implies this are vehicles that need extends amount of work and restoration. These areas of conditions are gray meaning some vehicles are in between areas and many times we will describe them as investment driver or museum investment or others. We try our absolute best to post nearly 60 pictures, give a brief description and we encourage every time for customers to get a personal or 3rd party inspection for every car that we offer. As a buyer first of all if you do not intend to purchase the car, or do not have financing in place or you are simply playing around. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't bid our profit margin is not big enough to deal with non-paying bidders. Please avoid bidding as a courtesy to the rest of the people that do want to purchase the car. But please understand classic vehicles are OLD they are SOLD AS IS and you are almost always going to pay for what you get. PLEASE PLEASE don't expect to hit the lottery through our auctions and think you can purchase a $15,000 car for $5,000 it simply doesn't happen. So if the car sells for $5,000 dlls you are buying a car within that range of price; in respect to value, collectability and condition. It is true that our vehicle do sell for a good bargain and fantastic prices and at times many of our customers have purchased more than one car from us and then sell it for a profit of their own but it is all within reason. In the unforeseen situation that we do make a mistake and did not catch something major with one of our cars. This is were the 3rd party inspection is an essential tool. It is very rare and almost never happens and it is certainly not intended. A full refund of the price of the car can be the very last option but always with no exceptions the shipping cost of a vehicle there and back is the buyers responsibility.
