1971 BMW R-Series

Here is a 1971 BMW R75/5 that is a true barn find. It comes with a Vetter fairing and saddle bags as shown in the photos. I have cleaned the fuel tank, installed new gaskets on the carbs, new throttle cables, grips, battery and peg rubbers. It started right up. I'm not a BMW guy so I'm selling this bike as-is. I'm told that it is a collectible bike and rare in this unrestored condition. I have a clear title. Mufflers/exhaust is rusted and paint is faded. Last plated in 1978!On May-28-11 at 05:53:24 PDT, seller added the following information: I wanted to update everyone on this bike. There is an oil leak that I think is from the push rod tube seal but not for sure. This is not a perfect bike, it's a barn find and i"ve done very little to it except as previoulsy described.
