2001 Honda Prelude Type SH, 5 speed manual transission... 99,593 highway driven miles. Power windows, locks, mirrors, and moonroof. Electron Blue exterior with Black cloth interior. We purchased the car brand new from Sussex Honda in 2001. The car was factory ordered and we had to wait specifically for the SH model in this color. Overall the car is in tip top shape both inside and out, and everything is as it came from Honda right down to the air filter. The exterior is in great condition, it has always been garage kept, the paint shines nicely and is washed regularly, there is no rust at all anywhere on the body. The interior also is in great condition, the seats are free of any rips or tares, it has never been smoked in and everything works properly. Drivability wise the supension is tight, there are no creeks or rattles anywhere, it drives down the road straight, crusie control works well and it is smooth and quiet. Recent maintnance is as follows. The car runs on Mobil 1 synthetic and is changed every 4,000 miles. All 4 brakes were replaced at 90,000, New battery last year, Timing belt and water pump were done at 65,000. The car has spent most of its time in 5th gear so the clutch has plenty of life left in it. A number of years ago I was backed into in a parking lot and the front bumper was scratched. There was no damage anywhere to the car except the front bumper and it was very minor. The insurance company replaced it with a brand new bumper from Honda. This really is a no appollogies car, we try to take care of our things and it shows on the car and I don't think you will be dissapointed when you see it. Also, I forgot to mention the car has keyless entry and all 4 tires have about 80 % tread life remaining. On May-25-11 at 14:04:06 PDT, seller added the following information: A few questions I have been asked are about the ownership history and the accident history. The history report will show 2 owners because when the car was purchased new it was leased. At the end of the lease term we purchased the car so the 1st owner is acutally Honda's finance company whom we purchaed it from at the end of the lease term which makes me the second owner. I updated our address on the title last month but I don't know why that would show as being another owner. The only accident with the car is is the one mentioned above. Though several years ago the front windshield shattered after a large piece of wood flew off the back of a truck, it cracked bad enough to where it could not be driven home and was towed to the repair ship to have a new windshield installed, the Police were called when this happened and a report was taken.
