1974 CORVETTE STINGRAY This is a CLASSIC car that was one of the BEST AMERICAN MADE sports cars ever!!!! Car has had front and back rubber bumpers replaced with a fiberglass set. M22 Munsey manual 4 speed transmission Original Radio T-Tops Black Leather Seats 350 Bored out to .00030 Flat top pistons 327 / 340 Cam High Volume oil pump 5,000 miles since engine overhaul 5,000 miles on clutch All ORIGINAL numbers except for Cam. I bought this car in 2009 as a project car to fully restore to perfect condition. Unfortunately, like many people in today's economy, I have been hit with some financial burdens that the only way I can meet is to sell my baby. The exterior and paint of the car are in fantastic condition. This car has always stayed covered except for when I took it for the occasional drive. It runs like a beast. What is left to be done is restoring the interior and the electrical system. The wires are cut to the lights (front and rear) but most of the other electrical components work fine. The car also needs a side mirror on the passenger side. I encourage everyone to come out and look at the car before bidding. Feel free to bring a mechanic. I am home in the evenings and am happy to let anyone look it over. If your intent is to bid and take the car to a shop AFTER the auction ends then save your bid. I repeat - anyone can make an appointment to come by and inspect the car as much as they would like before the auction ends. Once the auction is over, I expect payment. I am only selling this car due to financial distress. ONLY 64,461 MILES!!!! All photos are of the actual car. I do not have the records of the service that has already been done to the car, that's why I encourage anyone to bring a mechanic to the house.
