This is simply one of the best condition '67s we have seen. The body is nearly 100% rust free. The panels are in excellent condition as well. I could go on and on! The single repaint is weak but luckily the car does not have 5 bad paint jobs stacked on top of each other. A repaint would be very straight forward. The interior is factory Black Deluxe (Body Code 63B, Trim 6A) and it has both floor console and roof console! Tons of new reproduction parts including door panels, headliner, etc, etc!This car was being cloned into a GT-A. The fog lights are not currently wired in. Other GT options include pop-open gas cap and correct reproduction exhaust with resonators. The original long block was replaced with a low-mile '89 5.0 complete with its factory roller cam and forged pistons. The engine now approximately 65k original miles. The 289 4V intake and exhaust manifolds were bolted on along with the re-balanced 3-bolt balancer and factory flex-plate! Every indication looking at this one is that it is a stock 289. However the 5.0 makes quite a bit more torque and horsepower. The car is not a drag car, but this little pony can pick em up & put em down! The car was taken to the track once, with the 2.80 open rear it ran a traction limited low 15 second quarter mile with a 92mph trap speed! Very surprising power in this one!The front suspension was rebuilt. I did not get any receipts for the work done, but the components are in excellent shape. This car drives VERY well.
