Vehicle Detail
This is a fully-equipped, one-owner, well maintained 30 valve 2.8L V6 A4 wagon. This was the first new car we ever bought. We special ordered our baby in Atlanta with black leather interior, Sport Package (lowered Bilsteins), Cold Weather Package (heated seats and heated driver door lock), rear side airbags, chrome exhaust tips, cargo divider net, and Celebration Package (power sunroof, auto dimming mirrors and HomeLink). It has low miles for its model year (9700/yr). Both remote keyfobs are there, along with original cargo tie-down net, never used. Other than 17-inch O.Z. Superturismo wheels and high-performance brake pads it is dead stock. Interior is in superb condition - no cracks or tears in leather since I treated it with conditioner every so often. All major services, including timing belt and ribbed belt (both @73k mi), have been performed. New front axles installed at end of '07 (@ approx 75k mi). I have all records, even the window sticker. I want to be up front about the car's condition so you know what you're getting. Overall the car is straight as an arrow. There is a very minor blemish on the left rear door from a brush with a little old lady, but it's barely noticeable. There was also minor damage to the front (hood, lights, etc) from a 10mph bump that was repaired to factory spec. The airbags did not deploy (HINT: don't use cell phone and drive, even in traffic! D'OH!). The A/C compressor was replaced about three years ago so it blows nice and cold. The heat doesn't blow as warm as it should. It's not an issue in southern Cal. Could be the heater valve as I went the expensive route and had the heater core replaced. Valve cover gasket drips a bit. New shocks would return it to its best handling, though it rides just fine as it is. Front tires are worn and I'll replace them if I get Buy-it-Now price. Rear tires are fresh 225/45R17. I'll also throw in roof rack cross bars, which fit Thule roof system components. This is a great buy and a fun car to drive.
