This era corvettes are simply a joy to own as they are very reliable, easy to maintain with world class performance. This vehicle has been a meticulously maintained driver that shows very little wear and is in excellent mechanical condition. The exterior of the car is in great overall shape with no signs of previous damage and with no undercarriage rust being a southern car. Paint is in great shape with no major defects to point out. The color is very good and has great deep shine without any discoloration. The body is extremely straight. Vehicle comes with highly desirable two top option both glass and solid color. The glass top shows the usual plexiglass spiders but both top are in very good shape. The windshield shows a small chip by the passenger view are shown in pictures. Tires are in good shape. Overall a fantastic looking ride. Interior is very well maintained and with a fantastic color that just makes this car stand out of a crowd. The driver sear is worn in the usual back rest place from the driver get in and out very common in most all C4 drivers. The rest of the interior is great with no defects to be noted. All electronics work properly including radio and cold A/C. Mechanical the car is outstanding the vehicle has been meticulously maintained and never mess with. The factory LT1 V8 engine shows excellent power and transmission shifts smoothly. There are no warning lights in the dash and overall the car need nothing to be driven daily or cross country. Driver quality vehicles do need maintenance and attention in certain areas since many are 40 and 50 year old and attention to keep them driving safely in the streets is constantly needed. Project Quality = We very rarely offer projects and as the word implies this are vehicles that need extends amount of work and restoration. These areas of conditions are gray meaning some vehicles are in between areas and many times we will describe them as investment driver or museum investment or others. We try our absolute best to post nearly 60 pictures, give a brief description and we encourage every time for customers to get a personal or 3rd party inspection for every car that we offer. As a buyer first of all if you do not intend to purchase the car, or do not have financing in place or you are simply playing around. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't bid our profit margin is not big enough to deal with non-paying bidders. Please avoid bidding as a courtesy to the rest of the people that do want to purchase the car. We do our absolute best to describe our cars and to convey its condition to you our potential customers. But please understand classic vehicles are OLD they are SOLD AS IS and you are almost always going to pay for what you get. PLEASE PLEASE don't expect to hit the lottery through our auctions and think you can purchase a $15,000 car for $5,000 it simply doesn't happen. We have thousands of customers watching the vehicles that we offer every week. So if the car sells for $5,000 dlls you are buying a car within that range of price; in respect to value, collectability and condition. It is true that our vehicle do sell for a good bargain and fantastic prices and at times many of our customers have purchased more than one car from us and then sell it for a profit of their own but it is all within reason. In the unforeseen situation that we do make a mistake and did not catch something major with one of our cars. This is were the 3rd party inspection is an essential tool. It is very rare and almost never happens and it is certainly not intended. A full refund of the price of the car can be the very last option but always with no exceptions the shipping cost of a vehicle there and back is the buyers responsibility. Please study each picture of the listing, complete a 3rd party inspection, if you are still unsure, travel and view the vehicle yourself and if you are simply a difficult buyer please save everybody the hassle and simple don't bid on our cars.
