The Collector Series Towncars of 1979 were special edition cars produced only in Midnight Blue Metallic or White exteriors, featured gold inserts on the front grill and color keyed turbine wheels... The tri-gold painted pinstripe was also unique to this Special Edition model. All interiors were in Midnight Blue, almost always with fabric seats but this rare car has the leather option and an even rarer, panoramic fixed glass roof option. This car has had one very nice repaint in original Midnight Blue Metallic; has its original matching landau vinyl top, and rare optioned dark blue leather interior. This lovely car has traveled just 46,000 miles since new, well cared for by its two prior owners. Now it will look great in your garage. The car is equipped with the Lincoln 400 cubic inch engine, 2BBL carb and automatic transmission.
