1990 BMW 325i e30 With regret, I'm selling my 1990 BMW 325i due to sudden low compression from the engine. My mechanic, who is well known in the Northeast stated to me that it needs a ring job. I'm not mechanically inclined to tackle the job, but I'm sure that there are many who could, especially with a bimmer in this good of shape. I bought this car on ebay roughly four years ago, and refurbished it inside and out. The car originated from Southern California with "no" rust issues. The body is clean without "any" rust. I had the car painted by a local expert (not Maaco), new trim and new front seat bottoms. I would rate the exterior and interior @ 81/2. There is "no" dings or dents on the body. Also, I installed a new sound system w/new wiring, radio w/cd and ipod connection, amplifier, speakers and sub woofer. I used this car as my main transportation to and from work, and around town. The car rides tight without any squeaks or other noises. I'm always getting compliments about the bimmer. Basically, this is a great car except for the engine. Recently, I've had new brake pads installed. Unfortunately, about a month ago a rock chipped my front windshield. The front drivers seat shows a little wear (about 1"x3") which I was going to have stitched up. The brake sensor light is on, but with new pads I just ignored. That's roughly it for the negatives. Not much you can see, except for the engine. I am going to sell this bmw locally, so if I get the right price, I reserve the right to pull this auction. As you can see from my feedbacks, I've never had one that was negative. I've sold everything from an 1985 BMW M635 to odds and ends. My reputation speaks for itself.
