1988 Honda CBR

I have for sale a grey import 1988 Honda CBR250R with NO TITLE. It will be sold with a bill of sale only. About the condition of the bike. Overall it is complete but in poor condition. The lower fairings and gas cap are the only parts that are missing. The previous owner left it standing outside for many years. The motor is low miles and the speedometer says 9314 kilometers. The motor does not turn over and it is possible that the motor is seized. I suspect it got water in the cylinder/s at some point based on it standing outside for so long. The bike is complete as shown in the pictures and everything looks straight. Frame and suspension are in good condition, no leaks. This bike will have to be stripped down and rebuilt and will make a great 250 class race bike for the right person. I looked online and parts are fairly easily obtainable from either Australia, Europe or Japan. I offer no shipping with this bike. I will help load it if you send someone to pick it up or pick it up yourself. If you have any question please ask.
