This is one sweet bob-job. But, it needs a little work. Typical with these older Goldwings, she needs head gaskets. You will not be riding this bike until you replace the head gaskets (so bring a trailer). But, the good news is they are cheap on ebay and on Goldwings the heads stick out the side, so easy to get at. Either pay a mechanic to fix it, or save some money and do it yourself. Its basically a stripped down Wing, flat blacked out, and solo seat added. It has a nice mix of rat and style.It has a ton of potential, you could add your own touches to make it a show stopper, or just run her as-is. The exhaust sounds wicked. I didnt know a Wing could sound so good until I fired this bike up. The low end growl is just evil ! Brakes, lights, etc etc all work great. The starter likes to miss now and then, so you may wish to address that issue or just leave it as is. They used adjustable cable straps for rear struts. I'd definately improve on that aspect. Clear title in hand, and it will need to be picked up at my location in Wisconsin. Buyer responsible for ALL shipping/pickup estimates, arrangements and costs. I have no clue what it will cost to ship, check online. Now for the fine print ! Its a modified bobber. No signals, no front fender, no mirrors, check your local laws. You obviously could add these things, but thats up to you. Bike is sold as-is, where is. Since I did not build this bike,and cant guarantee the workmanship, I highly suggest you give it a good checkup before riding (check all nuts , bolts, change the oil, antifreeze, etc. Basic common sense things when buying a bike that is new to you!). This is a no reserve auction, and a $250 deposit is required within 48 hours. The rest can be paid upon pickup.
