1981 Jeep CJ 7 Reason for Selling After lots of searching, I finally found and bought this great looking classic Jeep and unfortunately now I must sell her because a great house just hit the market and my wife wants to move. I know, great timing, but I did not plan it this way. Too often life gets in the way of toys - at least it does for me. So, my loss is your gain. Please take a look below and let me know if you have any questions. This really is a great classic looking Jeep. Thanks for looking! Interior The seats are Bestop buckets in the front. The pictures show the front driver seat with 2 tears from normal usage, but before shipping this seat will be replaced with an identical undamaged seat (I'll send a picture when the swap is made). Brand new fold-and tumble in the back. The floors are in good shape and have been rhino lined for easy maintenance. The passenger door panel has some blue paint that was splashed on it before I got it. As with all things Jeep, cheap replacements are easy to find. The dash has all original gauges. All gauges are functional. The dash pad has some normal light cracking from sun exposure - again, easy and inexpensive to replace. Has original rear roll cage. Heater and defroster are fully functional. Exterior The paint is in great shape it's a White/light beige pearl metallic. The hard top is the original fiberglass and in great shape. Hard doors and top are easily removable. Drivetrain It has the original 258 straight 6 this motor just had a tune up last month compression tested, new plugs and oil change. It has the factory 4 speed. The 4WD works great. Jeep runs very strong, drives straight and can maintain 55-65 mph comfortably which is fast enough for these old jeeps. This jeep is my weekend around town driver and has never let me down. This jeep is for sale locally I reserve the right to end at any time.
