1969 Volkswagen Beetle * New 1600cc DualPort Engine with less than 1,000 miles on it * New DualPort Carburetor * New Distributor * New Electric Fuel Pump w/ Dual Filters * New Generator * I've had this car since I was 16 years old. My dad and I restored it about 10 years ago but unfortunately, I've lost interest in it and just haven't had the time to keep it up and running. It has rust in small places here and there on the exterior but overall, it's still a good looking Beetle. The floorpans have been repaired with fiberglass and are solid. They're not going anywhere.. * I haven't driven it about 3 years. It's going to need a few minor items such as a new battery (it's currently dead), windshield wiper motor and wiper arms, speedometer cable and a good tune up. The passenger side rear tire is low and the valve stem is cracked so I wouldn't recommend driving it at this point. * It was running great when I stopped driving it about 3 years ago. Weather conditions (heat) and having to wear a dress shirt/tie to work don't go well together without air conditioning.. * The title on the car is good and is in my name. * All pictures from this ad were taken 4/18/11. *Please feel free to email me if you have any questions I haven't addressed.*
