It is equipped with a 110 H.P. 6cyl engine, 2x1 barrel carbs, and an automatic transmission. This is a two owner car, and second owner has owned since 1982! Original Invoice, Protect-O-Plate, warranty card, & owners manual are included!! Engine sounds stock, with no apparent ticks, knocks, or noises. Does not smoke when started, or leak any fluids. Trans shifts smooth, and responsive. I have been driving around this week, and 18-20 mpg is what we are averaging! You wont believe the attention this car brings everywhere you go! This car is a fantastic driver. It drives straight down the road. It doesn’t drift to one side, nor does it pull to either side if you touch the brakes. It was garage kept, & only driven about 2200 miles per year, so the undercarriage is extremely clean! There is a thin layer of undercoat, but appears to be very solid correct. Frame is straight, and no rust is visible or beginning to show. The undercarriage is painted flat black, which makes this a no worries cruiser. You don’t have to worry about any stone chips with everyday driving. Car has Drum brakes all the way around. Interior: Seats covers are in good condition. All gauges are in working order. All door handles and trim are excellent as well. The glass appears to be original, but free from scratches, and very clear! All weather stripping, felts, and rubber were are like new with no visible overspray present. No cracks in the dash pad or dash board area. New Headliner. Paint is a Teal/Blue/Green color. I believe it was the original color. Previous owner states that there was one repaint in the late 1980's. It retains much or its shine, and looks much fresher. All other chrome is excellent! You can see from the pictures it’s a clean and well cared for car that you can hop in and drive anywhere! I mean lets face it, this isnt a car that is stereotyped as a cut apart, tubbed race car that the true history may be unknown! It's a Corvair! $1,000 deposit due 24 hours from end of sale.
