Vehicle Description   Up for auction is a 2005 CADILLAC XLR with 75,795 miles. This is a great summer car. It comes with one (1) key fob. Includes manual. I am selling this car as I have purchase (2) Chevy Volts. This was a manufacturer buyback back in 2005.   Vehicle Condition   Body   The overall condition of the body is very good. The body shows normal signs of wear and tear for a 6 year old car. There are a couple of scraps on the front bumper where the paint is missing. The top also has a couple of scraps. Top retracts fine.   Engine   The engine run fine and transmission shifts good. Highway mileage was ~ 24 to 25 MPG.   Interior   The interior is in good shape but does show signs that it is a 6 year old car. Includes DVD map, Navigation and radio both work. Both windows work. Door locks work. Steering wheel controls work. Heads up display works. Electric seats work. Heated seats work. Memory seats work. Heating and air conditioning work.   Mechanical   Tires are in very good shape and have ~ 10,000 miles on them. Brakes are also in good shape with 10,000 miles. The car has been in storage for the last 6 months so there is surface rust on the rotors.   Problems   The only known issue with the car is the gas door. It always opens but sometimes the pin does not pop back out. Usually pressing the release button again will get it to pop back out.     Terms of Sale   This car is for sale as is and there are no warranties. Do not bid unless you intend to buy and ask all questions BEFORE bidding. Winning the auction is not an invitation to inspect the car. You are welcome to physically inspect the car before you bid. Please email and I will be happy to answer all questions. I need a $1000 deposit on this car within 48 hours after the auction has ended. You will need to pay the remaining balance on the car no later than 1 week after the auction has ended, and pick up the car within 2 weeks after auction ends. All funds will be verified at my bank and the car and registration will not leave my possession until then. There is a lien on this car. You are responsible for shipping. I will work with your shipper to get the car delivered.
