i am auctioning a 1972 pontiac lemans/1970 gto clone. it was in the process of being cloned to a 1970 gto, but i have TOO many projects to give it the attention it needs. the body is in good shape as far as rust but does have some filler in the right quarter(old dent repair). it in my opinion the quarters,roof,rockers,firewall and trunk pan are good enough that i wouldnt replace them. there are a few spots on the floor that need to be attended to because of some crude sheet metal/self tapping screw patches. doors are good with all regulators working properly and all glass. it has a 1970 gto bumper, hood,rear spoiler,and right fender. it still has the lemans left fender. the lemans core support was cut to accept the front bumper. the hood is an original as are the scoop inserts. the car is A/C delete. it has disc brakes but i dont think they are original to the car. i have a set of 04 gto seats in it as well as 04 gto emblems for the car. it is column shift but there is not a lot of interior. front seats,rear panels, dash(the pad is in very poor condition)kick panels,headliner bows,steering column,and carpet are about all that is there all glass is usable but the windsheild does have a couple of rock chips in it. no motor or trans. im setting a low reserve considering how much ive got in it and what the parts are worth if i part it out which i will not do. buyer must arrange pick up. if i had the time and space this car would not be on here but ive got three other cars im trying to get done so my loss is your gain. i will not disclose my reserve do not ask, just know its a steal for all the time and parts ive put into it(if youve priced gto parts lately you know where im coming from)feel free to email with any questions or if you want pics of a specific area of the vehicle. the centerlines in the pics are not included but i will have a good set of tires on it for shipping purposes.
