1965 Pontiac Tempest 2 DR Post. Strong 1971 455 with mild cam. Turbo 400. 12 bolt posi rear with 3.73 gears. Aftermarket hardened axles. Boxed lower rear control arms. Front and rear sway bars. Was originally White in color now Blue. Car has all original panels except for GTO hood. Front fenders, doors, floors all rust free.Very solid. Doors shut nicely and windows work smoothly. Has small amount of rust in right rear quarter that could be fixed easily. Small dent area in left rear quarter by tail lamp. Could use new trunk pan. Rally 1's with new center caps and trim rings. Nice BFG Radials. Newer exhaust nicely done. Originally a column shift but now aftermarket shifter on floor between buckets. New headliner and visors. Drivers seat vinyl split. Needs new ignition switch or has a wiring issue. Currently ignition is turned on with toggle switch and started with turn of the key switch.. Haven't tried to sort it out. Like the way it is currently set up. Runs, drives, steers, brakes, well. A lot of fun to drive. Great foundation for GTO clone. Very Solid Car. No power train leaks. Reasonable Reserve.
