This is a frame off nut and bolt restoration of a rust free car that was from Arizona.It has all of the origonal floor pans etc.and is in very nice condition.It was a base camaro,by the v.i.n. but has had alot of upgrades,including,SS package,power steering,power disc brakes,totally rebuilt high perf..030 over 396-402 now,and deluxe interior with the hounds tooth seat covers,and the console with gages.the interior also received tilt column,and deluxe steering wheel.Has all new body work, paint,and seals etc.,and new windshield,and w.s. trim.It has a nice appearance,drives very good,is very straight,The trans. is the alum.muncie m-20 4spd. with new Hurst shifter.New heavy duty clutch assy.,every part including linkages,etc..The only part not really big block is the rear axle,which is a 10 bolt unit that sports 3:73 gears,and all new brakes,seals,etc.,and works perfectly.This is not a trailer queen,a high point show car,or Barrett-Jackson material.What this car is,is an affordable,in youre face,blast from the past that rumbles proudly like a muscle car should.It will thrill you on cruise night,get you back, and forth, safely and fool all but the" high dollar guys".It will fit right in at the local car show, and exude the thumbs up nearly everywhere.Hey if you always wanted a nice 1969 SS 396 but couldnt really drop $40.000 plus, heres a chance to get a fresh one with a nice color choice,all the right stuff,and did I mention it will blister the tires with just a crisp slip on the clutch and a little gas?.
