The car has a black carbon schwartz metallic exterior with a black convertible top and black leather interior. The exterior paint shines like it did when it first left the showroom floor, it does have some minor stone chips as can be expected from any used car but were too small to be captured in a picture, also their is a scratch on the rear passenger quarter panel about 1.5" long which has been touched up and barely noticable unless your looking for it (see picture) The car has never seen any winter weather or salt of any kind and does not have a speck of rust anywhere on the vehicle, visible or not! There is no corrosion on any of the brake or fuel lines or even any of the nuts or bolts for that matter. There are a few scratches on the edges of some of the wheels which it looks as if have been touched up, again barely noticable unless you pull out your magnifying glass and look at them closely. The interior is in good shape with only some minor average signs of wear and tear as is expected with any used vehicle, there are NO rips, tears, odors or stains in either the seats or carpets/floor mats. This beautiful M3 was purchased brand new in California by its original and only Adult owner. We received the car on a trade-in it was NOT PURCHASED FROM AND AUCTION. He owned a detail business so you can imagine how the car has been maintained. A few of his family members worked for BMW as Certified Technicians and performed most of regular maintenance as required, the remainder of anything was performed at a BMW certified facility and we do have some of the records. The car has a clean title and has never been in a accident or raced, it has a CLEAN CARFAX with a CERTIFIED BUYBACK GAURANTEE. We recently had the vehicle inspected by a local BMW certified dealership and the car came back without any problems as we expected! The car is mechanically solid and runs and drives great. The suspension is tight with no clunks or rattles, this beauty drives straight as an arrow down the road and the steering and very tight and responsive as should be expected from a performance car of this caliber! The motor runs strong and quiet as it should, there are no leaks or abnormal noises or ticking of any sort. The front brakes were recently replaced and are in good shape the rears are still in good shape but could probably use new pads within the next 10,000 miles. We can assist with the replacement of those if the buyer would feel more comfortable. The car will pass a NYS inspection at the time of sale. We have gone through adn tested every window, motor, switch to make sure everything works as it should and were no surprised to find out EVERY OPTION WORKS EXACTLY AS IT SHOULD!..
