Do you like to stand out from the crowd? Do you enjoy riding a bike that doesn't look like every other bike in the parking lot? Do you like people to come over and admire your bike when you stop? If yes, this is the bike for you!! It has the uniqueness and beauty of a custom with the reliability and reputation of Honda and it can be serviced by any Honda dealer. I bought this bike sight unseen off of ebay a few months ago based completely on the pictures. I wanted a bike I could be proud to ride but I didn't have $40,000 - $100,000 to spend on a custom. I also wanted a reliable bike that could be serviced by dealers anywhere I happened to ride. When the bike arrived, it met my expectations about its appearance, but I soon found out that it had several mechanical problems. Fortunately, none were major. I took the bike to the local Honda shop and told them to go through the bike from top to bottom and from end to end as though it was their own bike and they had an unlimited budget. It was in the shop for almost two months and my total cost was about $2,600.00. Now, the bike is in almost new condition. Here are some of the things that were done: new premium tires;new heavy duty battery;new rear sprocket and drive chain;new air horn;new wiring for the accessories and lights;new speed sensor;new turn signal relay;new petcock assembly;fresh oil and filter;adjust and sync carbs.The motor and tranny are in great shape and, thanks to the after market pipes, rejetted carbs, and hi-performance breather system, it has loads of power. It will cruise all day at 80 mph on the open road, and I have no trouble at all keeping up with my buddy who rides a 1700cc Kawasaki or his son-in-law who rides a 103ci Harley. It also has loads of chrome, including Kuryakyn handlebar accessories, switch covers, clutch perch cover, master cylinder cover, and ISO grips. The bike is ready to ride anywhere now and it'll give you a very comfortable trip and turn heads along the way. So, why am I selling this beauty? Unfortunately for me, I've developed a medical condition that prevents me from riding. Bad for me, but good for you.
