We are moving overseas with the military shortly and cannot bring our vehicles. This is a NO RESERVE auction, the highest bidder wins. This is a two owner 2005 Hummer H2. We purchased the vehicle from a California owner in December 2007 with some 6000 miles on it. The miles we put on it are mostly highway miles (probably 80%). The vehicle is without any known flaws, all electrical items and others are in perfect working condition. We serviced it for oil changes religiously every 3000 miles. This is our third H2 and has never let us down, just like the others. The condition is good, there are some minor chips as expected for highway driving, and the expected wear on the interior but nothing significant. The H2 was never involved in any accidents.The tires were replaced around 5000 miles ago and will be good for at least 30,000 more. They are under warranty. The battery was replaced last winter and is under warranty. The vehicle was always garaged and lived in the dry Southwest until we moved to Colorado last year. Both the heater and a/c are amazing, better than in any luxury car I have ever owned. The interesting thing is that Carfax lists the vehicle as a 2005, yet the MVD database has it as a 2007. So, our title and registration lists it as a 2007. This is a bit confusing to us. Looking at the carfax, the first entry is from 11/05 with 4,781 miles and next from 3/4/07 at 5,346. I am not sure how the Hummer could have only been driven for 600 miles in 16 months. Perhaps the initial entry was actually meant to be 11/06 and it is actually a 2007 model? Anyways, I am listing it as a 2005 to be consisten with Carfax, but do not know whether Carfax or the MVD database are more accurate. So, you may be getting a 2007 for the price of a 2005? This Hummer has a combination of options, some from the Adventure Package and some from the Luxury package. Here is the list: - Chrome appearance package: chrome grill, door handles, and chrome tubular assist steps - Sunroof with tanned guard - Rubber floor mats - Heated leather seats - Satellite Radio - 3rd row seating - External spare tire (which is a must, as it saves tons of room in the back) - Tow package - Roof rack - Tubular assist bar On May-08-11 at 18:27:11 PDT, seller added the following information: After advice from several bidders, I looked at the sticker on the car door which appears to list a manufacturing date of 02/05. so, I think that settles it as a 2005. I will revisit this with the local DMV to get them to change the title to avoid any issues for anyone else. Thank you.
