Up for sale 2003 BMW K1200RS sport touring bike equipped with 1.2L engine with 130 hp and 6 speed manual transmission, very low miles on this K-series. Those bike are very comfortable to ride and handles real good, one of the best sport touring BMW models.Original MSRP when new cost $17,499. This bike was purchased from an auto auction and it comes with KY clean title,with previous salvage. Bike has been confirm to start and engine run. Following parts needed to be fixed or repaired on this bike but not limited to:misc scratches, front faring has scratches, needs right turn signal,mirrors,gear shifter,right foot peg assembly,left rear turn signal base(can be fixed) both side farings are scratched,windshield right bracket, needs left radiator fan assembly,front tire needs replacing. Overall bike is in decent shape, and can be a great spring time project right before summer season. Most of the parts can be purchased on Ebay for a fraction of the cost. Good project for someone who knows how to work on the bikes and do a little body work,some parts on Ebay listed of the same color pattern, so there is no need even to paint it, or can be a nice custom color at your choice.
