In 2008 Electricross rebranded themselves as Zero Electric Motorcycles and changed the color of the plastics on their bikes from black to white. This is one of the last bikes off the production line prior to the rebranding, named "The Drift". This is an extremely powerful bike and should not be considered a kids toy whatsoever. It's comparable in physical size to a 150cc Dirt Bike but closer to a 250 in acceleration. This bike is in pristine condition and is tons of fun. It absolutely owns single track mountain bike trails and runs strong for over an hour. Moderate throttle use will extend battery life to longer ranges. This model has a 1/2 speed switch near the battery indicator which is helpful for new riders and wives. No registration or title means you can ride anywhere, anytime! The bike is very quiet. I paid $2,500 for this additional lithium battery+charger and I believe it should be sent back to Zero for service due to the charging inconsistency.
