I am guessing this is a 1979 by the vin#,I could be wrong.This is in pretty good shape and condition with a few flaws.Would be a easy restore project to have and own a old vintage moped.It does run and I know this because at 6'4" and 250lbs. it hauled me around for a nice 22 mile ride in the country.I have very little History on this except for the following:A Cycle business of 50 years had this in thier shop because it had belong to the owners brother. They began working on it and the money they invested got to the point they said enough. It had a carb installed,tires,fluids etc. wiring was gone over and the tank was leaking so they tried to patch it from the outside because his business will not weld tanks.They did tell me that the missing floor boards and title are somewhere in thier shop and if and when they get located I will forward them on to the buyer.No querente they will find them though.There is very little rust on this anywhere except for the rust on the wheel rims/chrome.BEING SOLD AS IS.
