The price of Gas is going up. This car has been averaging about 34-37 mpg. It is being listed locally and is subject to withdrawal at any time. I have clear title to the car, but will not deliver the vehicle nor title until your bank's check is cleared completly, or a bank is willing to cash your check. I am the original owner of this car. I bought it for my daughter, but she never used it. I have had it in my garage since I bought it and used it as my second car. It is in great condition, and still under the manufacturer's warranty. The car looks new, drives great, and I know of no problems with this car. If there were anything wrong with this car, even a burned out light, or worn wiper blade, it would be replaced / repaired free under the warranty. I have enjoyed driving it almost (maybe more) than my Harley. The vehicle has been serviced by BMW of Nashville for it's scheduled maintenance. The Mini Warranty is issued by BMW of North America and includes - 3 yr / 36,000 mile full maintenance program - 4 yr / 50,000 limited warranty.
