Item Information You are looking at a 2004 Audi S4 Cabriolet, in black with red leather interior and 75472 miles. I was recently transferred from California to Florida, and had the car shipped here. We are planning to purchase a new home here and want to increase our cash position, so unfortunately we are selling the S4. The decision to sell was extremely difficult, as this car has given me so much enjoyment! All maintenance has been performed, and then some (I am very picky about my cars, and always perform preventative maintenance). As you can see in the photos, the car is very clean and has been well taken care of. You can download a complete log of my maintenance here. I have very sparingly driven the tachometer above 3500 RPM, and have never raced or even pushed the car near its limits. Basically, I enjoyed the consitently wonderful sound of the 4.2L V8 powerplant as well as the precise steering. The majority of my miles on this car have been on the highway. Mechanically, the car has no issues, as most of the typical 75,000-mile maintenance for the B6 S4 has been performed. Electrically, all the controls, power windows, and power roof work properly and never gave me any issues. Climate control also blows cold. Although the full details are in my ownership record linked above, I have within the past few months completed the following major maintenance: Left and right valve cover gasket replacement. New Continental ExtremeContact DW tires on all 5 wheels (including full-size spare; I planned for a proper 5-tire rotation) full-size spare for planned 5-tire rotation. These were installed at 74612 miles, meaning they have exactly 860 miles on them. Replaced all front upper/lower control arms and tie rods at 74853 miles. Four-wheel alignment just completed. Here are a few issues that could use some looking at: The FM and XM satellite radio antenna wires leading to the trunk likely need to be repaired or replaced, as both radios work intermittently. The 6-disc in-dash CD player works perfectly (I haven't tested the tape player!). As far as I am aware, this car includes a lifetime XM Radio subscription, as it's always worked as long as the antenna wire was operational. The lever that raises the trunk compartment (to increase storage space) when the roof is up doesn't work. I was told that there was a plastic clip inside the roof compartment housing that broke off, and that this is a common issue on the A4/S4 cabriolet. Whenever I had a suitcase with me, I never had a problem just holding up the compartment by hand. Being unable to raise the convertible top compartment with the lever does not affect power roof operation in any way. The interior door unlock button on the drivers' side has had a bit of black paint rubbed off. I'm not sure if just this button can be replaced or not. The nearest DAS vehicle shipping center is within this radius, in Tampa. I will accommodate any serious inquiries to view this car. Any potential buyers are also more than welcome to have this S4 inspected by a third-party.
