Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I am a licensed wholesaler offering traded in and off lease vehicles directly to the public. Before listing a vehicle on ebay, I drive it myself so that I can tell you first hand how it looks, runs and drives. The description you are about to read is my honest opinion of this vehicle based completely on my observations and time driving it. The information contained within this description is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and ability but cannot be guaranteed as I am not a mechanic and am not qualified to make any statements other than my opinion. Any vehicle in my inventory can be made available for inspection before you bid. Just email me and set up a time and I will meet you at my warehouse so you can kick the tires. I am also happy to answer any questions about the condition of this vehicle through email if there is something specific you'd like to know that I may have overlooked. An administrative fee of $99 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Remember, you are buying auction direct with NO RESERVE. This means that, unless otherwise stated, I do not service or recondition any vehicle. This is how I can sell without a reserve. Buying this way is not for everyone, and that's okay with me. For those who don't feel comfortable taking a car "as-is" at a much cheaper price, the world is filled with retail priced cars with warranties, ect. That's up to you... Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 1995 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT. This truck is fitted in the standard cab, short bed layout and is finished in black with black interior and chrome wheels. Overall this isn't a bad looking truck. I would rate the exterior of this one on the low side of AVERAGE for a truck approaching the 200,000 mile mark. The paint shines up pretty well and there are no major dents or scratches. The only thing that keeps this truck from being above average is some rust. I've taken close up photos but to sum it up, you will find significant amounts of rust at three of the four fenders, along the door bottoms and on one rocker/cab corner. Some is surface only while other parts have rusted through. Again, not completely out of the ordinary for a truck of this age but you should know. I didn't see any significant rust on the floor boards or bed which is good. All of the glass is in tact. The chrome wheels look great and are wrapped in very deep rubber all around. There is a receiver hitch at the rear for towing. Among other interior amenities, the SLT package gives chrome mirrors, front fog lights, ect...that dress up the outside. Overall, this is a fully functional pickup that is ready for whatever you can throw at it! The interior is pretty nice in this truck. I would rate the interior as AVERAGE. With the exception of one rip at the side of the drivers seat cushion, the seats are in great condition. There is a large center arm rest that can also fold up to allow for a third passenger to ride along. The carpets are pretty clean and show average wear. The headliner is a little loose around the edges as you would expect. The interior is well optioned including power windows, locks and mirrors. The ractory audio system still sounds good. The climate control works as it should but the A/C will need charged if you want that for the summer months. There is a rear sliding window. The seats both flip forward to allow access to a nice storage system. This truck comes with its original owners manuals and three keys. Inside the cab, everything is pretty clean and works as it should. Mechanically, this Dodge feels pretty tight. During my test drive, the engine held perfect operating temperature and perfect oil pressure. There were no warning lights on except an ABS light. The 360 cubic inch V8 starts right up and idles smoothly and quitely. I didn't see any leaks under where I had the truck parked and idling after driving it close to an hour. Driving down the road, this truck is impressively tight. The suspension and steering are nice and responsive. At highway speeds, there is no vibration or pulling. The brakes stop the truck very well. The clutch feels strong but there is some noise when you let the pedal out in neutral. The trans has a little whine but appears to be in good shape although shifting isn't always smooth which would indicate that the clutch may need replaced within the next year or so depending on how and how much you plan to drive it. She drives easy down the highway and appears to be in good running condition. The 4wd works well and is easy to operate. This truck is PA inspected through June of this year.
