This is a 1973 Suzuki TS400K Apache. It does not have a title. In the state of Alabama you are not required to have a title on a vehicle older than 1974. This bike will be sold with a Bill of Sale only, you can get a tag with a Bill of Sale in Alabama. The bike looks rough but runs good. I recently pulled the motor and split the cases replacing the crank bearings and crank seals and all new gaskets. There are a set of new rings on the standard bore piston. The oil injection does work. The gas tank has some dents on the outside and light rust on the inside. The speedometer says it has 10,242 miles on it. The best I can tell, it looks mostly original. The front tire is new and the rear tire is in good condition. As you can see in the pictures, the seat cover is torn all around the rear seam, foam still intact. It has front turn signals, but no rear. There is no battery in the bike so I don't know what it would take to get the lights working, shouldn't be much. This bike would make a great around town commuter and should get pretty good gas mileage. Please email with any questions before bidding. This bike is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, NO WARRANTY, NO RETURNS.
