1959 Chevrolet El Camino Approximately 9500 miles since a complete body off restoration. This is a one of a kind truck with a 1995 LT1 engine and 4L60E overdrive transmission from a Firebird with only 8500 miles. Equiped with power steering and brakes. The rear has drum brakes the front had disc brakes. The interrior is as nice as the outside with power windows, cruse control, tilt column, Dakota digital dash, B&M shifter, and custom uppolstery. For that retro look 17 inch chrome Cragar wheels were used. Up front is 225/50R17 nitto extreme performance tires on 8 inch wide wheels, and in the rear are 275/50R17 on 10 inch wide wheels. A custom made 2 1/2 inch flowmaster exhaust makes this truck sound as good as it looks. This was a quality restoration that is show worthy anywhere! All the stainless trim was straightened & polished. The bumpers were re chromed. The frame was sand blasted and coated with POR-15 paint. New springs and urathane bushings and body mounts were used. The body is excellent with new floors, inner & outer rockers, new quarter pannels. The hood has custom louvers done the old fashoned way. All the rust was removed and profeshionally repaired. This is a solid truck, not something fixed up to sell. The paint is Ford Mustang chrome yellow. You will not be dissapointed with this truck. It drives and runs as good as it looks.
