This car is a 1965 PROJECT Corvette with a 327/365 HP engine. The engine numbers are: Cast# 3782870 Date H224, the right Head# 3782461 H184, the left 3782461 H204, Intake# 3844461, Exhaust Manifold left 3846563, right 3797902. The VIN matches the frame and the engine, but does not match the rear end, the transmission, the alternator, or the starter. This corvette needs to have a Total Restoration, it is in a million pieces. The dash cluster is all apart and in a plastic bin. I bought this car about 3 years ago in hopes of restoring it for myself but I have been too busy restoring other corvettes for our clients. I have bought 5 new Red Line Tires and a few other small packaged items. I have a Hard Top that also needs restored. The car has no Convertible Top, no wiper motor, no Headlight Motors, and no Radio. I have listed this car four other times this year with no luck so I have been doing some work on it myself, I have a restoration shop (Corvette Restoration.com) so I have the equipment and I took some time and worked on the car for 2 weeks and preformed is: The new Sermersheim's Front End, 2 press molded Quarter Panels, press molded Taillight Panels and an Exhaust Panel have been glued on. Also the car has been sandblasted and detailed from top to bottom. The Frame was painted when I got the car. There are pictures of the car after I've done the work on it so check out the pictures real good. Also pictured are all of the parts, seats, engine, chrome, etc. that comes with the car. This car really needs restored, we can restore it for you or you can have it restored. This car has a lot of promise to make a beautiful 1965 Corvette weather you buy it and restore it or someone else does. This 1965 Corvette Convertible engine, frame, and body are matching according to the numbers that we have found on the frame, engine and body and the reserch that we have done on the car. Also you may notice the VIN tag and the rivets, according to the NCRS 1953-1972 Corvette Specification Guild page 2 it states that: Early 1965 Corvette VIN plates are attached with normal circular-head rivets; later rivet heads were rosette shaped. AGAIN, DELIVERY DATE STAMPINGS WERE NOT DONE.
