NICE 1979 HONDA XL500S ONLY 4500 ORIGINAL MILES & A CLEAR TITLE FACTORY FIT SUPERTRAP EXHAUST Up for auction is a NICE 1979 HONDA XL500S with ONLY 4500 ORIGINAL MILES & a CLEAR TITLE! It is equipped with a SUPERTRAP FACTORY EXHAUST with SPARK ARRESTOR. Tires are good, shocks good, starts and runs excellent. Horn works and lights work. I have done ZERO painting or touchup to this bike! You are seeing it as it was and is. This is a SOLID BIKE and if you are looking for a rider or even one to collect that is a TRUE SURVIVOR you would have to look long and hard to find better! It is not perfect but definitely a NICE ONE! I have tried to show the flaws in the pictures. There is one small dinger on the tank as seen in pics and some scratching on the back fender. Sidepanels and tank are nice but there are a few minor scratches. As you can see in the pics it is NICE! It is exceptional if you consider it is 32 years old. It spent most of its life in the garage. If the bike is bought with the BUY IT NOW option before Friday I have a shipper travelling from Illinois to Pennsylvania that could possibly deliver it along that route for $150. He is also travelling from Illinois to New Jersey at the end of April and could possibly do the same deal on that trip. Talk with me on those options BEFORE YOU BID.
