Up for sale is my 1947 Studebaker Champion 2 door sedan that is an all original and unrestored car. It originally sold in Superior, Wisconsin, and spent much of its life in Minnesota. I have owned the car for 6 years. It is a marvelous old car that starts, idles, drives, shifts and rides as it should. The mileage is believed to be original but I have no documentation. It has been repainted once in the original beige color. I have done the brakes and tune up, installed a new battery and replaced the old bias tires with radials. All guages and lights work properly except the speedo which needs a cable, the radio, and the wipers. Please feel free to call me with any questions you may have. The car is purchased by the highest bidder "as-is" and "where-is". There is no reserve. Serious bidders only please, no scammers. Been through that already. Winning bidder is expected to contact me in a timely manner and pay a deposit of $500 via Paypal within 48 hours. The balance is to be paid in cash within 7 days at the time of pickup, unless other arrangements are agreed upon. I will gladly work with your shipper to facilitate pick up and loading. There are no warranties expressed or implied. This is a 64 year old car. It is not a show car. Rust issues are minor. Floors and trunk are good. Interior is original and serviceable. Original cars like this one are getting harder to find. This is indeed a rare example worthy of your attention. The spotlights and fog lights are Studebaker equipment and were installed either by the factory or the dealer a long time ago. They also work just fine.
