I am selling my E320 wagon with 156,xxx miles on it. The car is a GREAT driver with absolutely zero mechanical problems. The car does have a third row seating that hides under the floor board. I love the way the car glides through all the gears, just recently made a 400 mile round trip without a single glitch. I have personally performed all the maintenance on the car including replacing a lot of the very commonly failed items on every E320 listed below. All four window regulators/ motors. A/C compressor Passenger side seat pressure sensor Oxygen sensor ABS and brake pad sensor New updated transmission harness connector (chronic issue with Mercedes) Updated trans conductor plate (another very expensive chronic issue) Full synthetic MB trans oil changed (very expensive) New brakes This car is rock solid, the pictures were taken on 3/12/11 and looks great. I had initially purchased it with a dent in the hood and had the hood and fenders replaced and painted to match. The car has never been in any accident besides bumps here and there, air bags have never been deploid and comes with a clear title. I have put alot of money making this car a keeper, I guarantee that you won't find another E320 with this much maintenance done for my price (no reserve). Only reason I'm getting rid of it is because I need a truck... more specifically a 2001+ Tacoma Double cab... if you have one and would like to consider a trade please contact me. There is not a single warning light on the car, I'd drive it anywhere in the world without any worries. Having said all that, please keep in mind the vehicle is 12 years old and I'm sure it has a few dings and some scratches on it but nothing that I've noticed.
