This is a beautiful 1968 Datsun Roadster. The car drives, stops, etc....Yes, it is a real driver. Not a PROJECT and Not a TRAILER QUEEN. It was then shipped to Ohio and was later upgraded (2003) to a 2000cc(U20) engine with a 5 speed manual transmission by that owner. I bought the car in 2010 from that owner. He also gave me a ton of service records etc with the car which show the engine swap etc. About $10,000 was put into this vehicle in the last 10 years as per the last owner. I have owned the car for about a year and have both driven it and redone the interior as a father- son project. We are onto our new project for 2011 which is a 1970 Nissan Hakosuka. I have put about $1300 into this Roadster's Interior. Most of the labor was done by us.. Most of the interior was bought from datsunparts.com. The Vehicle has a Kenwood Cd Player with remote control. It has a USB Port. The title shows mileage as actual in error. I do not beleive that to be correct due to the age of the vehicle. I could not possibly confirm if it is 35,613 or 132,613 or more. I will therefore sell it as "Mileage Exceeds Mechanical Limits". I have redone the whole interior: seats, carpet. door panels, insulation,console, etc etc. This car has been a blast to drive. It runs with no issues. The 5 speed manual transmission is smooth. No issues with Carburetors. Rims and tires are in good condition. Chrome on Bumpers and all other chrome is pretty good. Top is in good condition and goes down and up and latches. All lights, turn signals work. I have just given the car a set of new plugs and a brand new Nissan Battery from the Nissan Dealer. Plug wires, oil, points ets were changer a year ago. The brakes are good. I could go on and on but bascically this is a great car. The paint is a 7 out of 10. I have a clear title. I will assist with shipping at owners expense. I will be more than happy to drive it to a local transport hub at no expense to you. Other than needing a new battery, this car has given us no issues while we have owned it. I have tons of extra parts that are availble and can be viewed at the above site together with more pictures of the car. These parts are not being offered with this car/sale. If you are interested in any of the parts, please email me for price. Car is being offered as is. The Bad: Fuel & Temp Gauge work intermittently. I see a slight oil leak on garage floor when vehicle is parked for awhile.. This is not a major leak. Right door needs to be aligned. It takes a little effort to shut it. The car has some dings/ scratches etc. Paint is 7 out of 10. I have the Roadster for Sale locally and on some other sites, I reserve the right to end the auction at anytime....
