This 2000 Eldorado ETC has all that and more. This one has a custom convertible conversion that has been expertly done by Coach Builders Limited. The top works perfectly, and the look of the car with the top down is stunning (looks good up, too). This beautiful Cadillac is a lifetime Florida car that hasn't been exposed to the road salt and rough conditions of northern roads. It has just 68,865 original miles on it. This car is in very good condition inside and out, and it runs great. It has had just one previous owner. The owner is being forced to sell the car now for financial reasons. The exterior is in very, very nice shape. There are no notable dents or dings, and the White Diamond paint shines like new all around. Autocheck shows no accident history or any other problems. Exterior enhancements alloy wheels and fog lamps. The top is in very good condition overall. While this car is very nice, it is not perfect. There area couple of minor items that will need attention if you want to make this a show-quality car. One of those issues is a few loose stitches and small tear in the top on the passenger side. The interior is clean, and in also in very good condition. There are no rips or tears in the leather seats. The carpets, dash, and door panels are in good condition. Both front seats have power controls, and the driver's seat has memory. Both front seats are also heated. Again, nice but not perfect. There are a couple of spots on the interior where the wood is showing some age, most notably on the door panels (faded), and one small spot above the center A/C vents. Features include power windows, locks and mirrors, dual power seats with lumbar, driver's seat memory, heated front seats, BOSE AM/FM/Cassette/CD stereo; auto headlamps, auto dual-zone climate control; trip computer and more. The 4.6 liter V8 runs GREAT. It's rated at 300 hp and 295 lb-ft of torque. The tires have good tread remaining all around. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals.
