Vehicle Detail

1931 Ford 5 Window Coupe Streetrod 350 Chevy Engine with light Hydralic cam. 700 R4 Overdrive transmission. Walker radiator. Accel HEI iginition. Holley carb. Mustang II front end with power rack and pinion steering. Power front disc brakes. Rear drum. 4 link rear suspension with coilover shocks. 10 bolt GM rear end with 4.10 gears (Engine turns only 2000 rpm at 70mph in overdrive) Original all metal body with fiberglass fenders and trunk lid. Metal running boards. Top chopped 2 1/2" and filled. '32 style grille. All metal floors. Fully Boxed frame. Leather buckets. Tilt wheel. Cruise control. Rumble seat area has been converted to hinged trunk. New American Racing Torque Thrust wheels. Good tinted glass all around. Recent base coat/clear coat paint. No rock chips but I'd give the quality about a 7.5 to an 8.0 out of a 10.0. Presents well but is not "knock your eyes out gorgeous". Window regulators, door latches, locks work great. Pioneer AM/FM CD with remote and satellite capability. (CD player works but needs some attention). 20 gallon fuel tank in trunk with locking outside filler. LED tail/brake lights with 3rd brake light. Everything works - Lights, horn, turn signals, hazard flashers, heater, cruise control, gauges, tach, speedo. IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS ASK BEFORE BIDDING!!! via email. No warranty is offered or implied on this vehicle. It's an 80 year old car that has been converted to a street rod with more modern running gear and features. But, if you're not mechanically inclined, this is probably NOT the car for you!! Runs great but NO, I would not drive the car cross country back home after picking it up. If you are just messing around playing "bidder" or don't have the funds readily available for payment don't waste my time. If you have to ask your wife or the bank about buying the car, ASK them BEFORE bidding. NON REFUNDABLE $1,000 deposit required within 24 hours of close of auction through Pay Pal. Buyer must contact me and we will discuss all other issues from that point. I will not deal with third parties or except scammer checks or checks checks made out for more than the balance due. Balance due within 10 days. Cash is preferred. Registration and Shipping is the responsiblity of the buyer. I will work with buyer to accomodate shipping but neither car or title will not be released to you or your shipper until all funds clear. If proper funds are not received within 10 days of close of auction, car may be relisted and notice of non payment by buyer will be made to Ebay. CAR IS FOR SALE LOCALLY AND MAY BE PULLED FROM AUCTION AT ANYTIME BEFORE RESERVE IS MET. Please contact me with any specific questions. Happy bidding and Keep on Roddin'!On Mar-18-11 at 17:50:44 PDT, seller added the following information: I've had questions about why I stated that I would not drive the car cross country, back home, after purchasing it. My reasoning is this: I have never driven it on a long trip myself, so it would need a good shake down run first of all. Secondly, it would be less expensive to have the car shipped if you live a long way off. The car would arrive in better condition (no rock chips, no exhaust pipes drug over speed bumps, no fighting rain storms with just the one little wiper, etc.) plus, YOU will be in a lot better mood. These cars are not big inside. They were built by Henry Ford way before the BIG MAC generation. Back when people were smaller ( for whatever reasons) than they are today. I personally wouldn't jump in it and drive it several hundred miles at a time. It looks cool. Everyone gives it a thumbs up, honks or waves when I drive it. But I'm just not that into self-punishment for a long trip. To each his own. Keep on Roddin'!
