1939 Ford Pickup Truck. Frame off restoration. Flathead V8 Very rare 1/2 ton pickup with the Ford Flathead V8 motor. Selling NO RESERVE. Approximately $18K spent on a 5 year restoration. Taken down to bare metal and rebuilt. 450 miles since the frame off restoration. Completely rebuilt Flathead V8 producing 85 HP. Hot Ford Dark blue with white pin-stripping. Dual Exhaust (sounds excellent). Thousands in restoration receipts, manuals, restoration photos and other documentation included. CONDITION: -Mechanically sound. Rebuilt motor & transmission. -New Interior, seat, headliner, etc. -Restored electrical. -Paint and body are in good condition but not perfect. Truck was taken down to bare metal and is straight but the paint job is a "garage job". Some evidence of over-spray. Some chips in the paint exist (see pictures). Running boards are not 100% straight. NO RUST anywhere. -Undercarriage is detailed and nice. New bolts, etc (See pictures) -Chrome is near perfect -New oak bed. -Restored and operating original Ford gauges. -Five new wide whitewall tires. Few custom items include: 1. Restored seat for the back bed (bolts down) for parades, etc 2. Turn signals Collector owned. Even though nearly $20K was spent on the restoration, the truck is not perfect. It is an excellent driver and looks like a show car from 5 feet away. Car is available any time for viewing. I have Street rods, frame off restored muscle cars, woody's, classic trucks, etc and this is one gets more attention than any other!
