1967 Chevelle SS 396 True 138 car This is a True 1967 Chevelle SS 138 project car with a CLEAR TITLE. The vin # is 138177A139596. It has a 1967 396 engine, casting #3902406 and TO816IV on the front block pad. This is a 1967 engine, but not the orginial one for this car. The transmission is a turbo 400, and it has what appears to be the orginial 12 bolt. This car has all the factory gages including the tachometer. I have the following parts to convert the car to a 4 speed car: ( steering column, clutch and brake paddle and linkage). Sorry no muncie. The car has lots of rust and needs a total restoration. Chevelle sheet metal is readily available nation wide. The car comes with an extra set of good doors ( no rust ). There is no evidence that the car has been wrecked or painted. The car is straight.
