1972 Honda CB

Nice and very original 1972 Honda CB500 Four. It is the first model year that was manufactured in 1971 and title as 1972. Only 4100 miles, but may have a bit more as I ride about once a week. Paint and chrome in good condition. All lights and gauges work properly. Exhuast is original with some minor staining on bottom and a small hole at the joint on lower right muffler and a small hole near rear of top right. There is a dent on the right side of the tank below the emblem, and a small dent in front fender by left fork (not easily seen). Small piece missing off top front of right side cover, but all tabs present on both side covers. Hi/lo button top is missing but works find. Has a 16" rear wheel (probably done to lower the profile of the bike), but have a stock 18" wheel that will go with the bike. An aftermarket chrome chain guard is installed in order to accomodate the wider 16" tire, but have a good stock chain guard if stock wheel is installed. Has original tool kit and original Honda key. New plugs and filter. Recent oil change. Good battery. New Honda hand grips. Clear NC title. See pictures for details. The bike is ready to go! Buyer to pay by certified funds or cash.
