Hello and thanks for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I am a licensed wholesaler offering traded in and off lease vehicles directly to the public. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions could save you thousands over retail by eliminating all of the overhead expenses that the bigger dealers pass down to you. I personally test drive each vehicle so that I can tell you first hand how it looks, runs and drives. This description is my honest opinion of this car based completely on my test drive and observations. Vehicles are usually test driven more than thirty miles before being listed. The information contained within this description is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and ability but cannot be guaranteed as I am not a mechanic. Any interested party is welcomed to ask any questions about the condition of this car. Personal inspections are also encouraged when possible. All vehicles are sold "as traded" and with NO RESERVE regardless of profit or loss. Dealers and private buyers are welcome to bid. An administrative fee of $99 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a very nice 2000 Jaguar XJ8. This is a real head turning Jag thanks to it being finished in rare Seafrost Metallic over light tan leather interior. The classic lines of the Jaguar XJ are unmistakable. This example is in average condition due to a few small scuff marks on the rear bumper corners which is consistant with a car that has been driven in real life. They do not detract from the overall great looks of this stylish car. Just look at the photos! This XJ8 looks great from any angle. The glass is all in tact and looks great. The tires have about half tread left so they should be good for a while. Anyone should be proud to own and drive this car. The interior of this Jaguar is also in average condition and consistant with a car that has been driven. The leather seats are in excellent condition throughout and show no real signs of wear. The front seats are both power operated and all four seats are heated. The carpets are clean and in good condition. The seats are all supple and comfortable. The only thing keeping this interior from being excellent is the front cup holder not closing properly and the headliner starting to sag a bit in the rear. Otherwise, everything is great! The climate control is fully automatic and appears to be operating properly. The audio system is factory Alpine Premium Sound with a CD changer in the trunk along with FACTORY GPS NAVIGATION. There are in car controls for up to four garage doors up by the moonroof controls. The factory remote entry system works properly. There is a receiver installed for Sirrius Satalite Radio. I assume you'd need to subscribe to their service but the equippment is there if you want to use it. I love driving this car! It is very aggressive feeling while being completely composed. Looking out over the hood, you find yourself behind the running Jaguar ornament and a sporty looking bulge in the center of the hood that you don't notice from the outside of the car. Pride in ownership shows throughout this car. There is a full set of owners manuals in the glove box as well as the original $60,000 window sticker perserved in perfect condition. Mechanically, this Jag seems to be all there. The 4.0L V8 fires right up and runs smoothly. It claims 290hp which makes it a very potent compared to its competitors which use much larger engines to produce similar power. During my test drive, the engine held proper operating temperature and behaved properly. Driving down the highway is a pleasure in this Jag. It makes plenty of power and pulls strait to redline under full throttle while producing a magnificent sound. The five speed automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts perfectly. This Jaguar is great to drive and behaves just like a luxury Brittish sedan. It has plenty of muscle but never feels rushed. At highway speeds, the Jag drives strait with no pulling or vibration. The brakes feel strong and stop this sedan without any noise of vibration. On rough roads, you can feel a slight bit of play in the front end but nothing major. Otherwise, the suspension feels nice and tight. The steering is very tight and responsive like it should be. This gorgeous XJ8 is PA inspected through 11/2011. With a low 86,000 miles on the clock, this Jaguar should be a very good car to its next fortunate owner. Remember, this Jaguar will be sold to the highest bidder!
