Vehicle Detail
This truck is bad ass, I hate to sell it but I'm doing alot of highway driving these days and this is not the most fuel efficent automobile for that purpose. So here it is... 1987 Surburban Outdoorsman Edition. I have never seen another Suburban with the Outdoorsman package. I have no idea how rare they are but there not something you see every day. This is a true mans truck, from the front grill guard to the tow package on the back this thing is super cool. It's got 4 bucket seats instead of the bench, tie down bars on the roof topper for whetever you want to haul, a compass built in to the console, big tires, a lift kit, gun cases in the rear, extra storage under the rear cargo area, flood lights in the front and rear, 2 coolers one in the front console and one in the rear, running boards, locking hubs (4x4 works great) and a huge dose of awesome. This truck turns heads and gets compliments wherever it goes. I'm not sure why I'm selling it? I think I am the 3rd or 4th owner of the truck so I'm not sure abouts it's history but can tell you what I know. The previous owner told me it had a new engine put in the truck and it runs great. I have had the truck for about 2 years now and have never had a problem with it. It's solid, always starts and runs great. I think somewhere along the way it was painted. It's not as rusty as a 87 suburban should be so I think that has been repaired before also. The truck does have some rust on it around the rockers and rear doors, nothing that cant be fixed. The odometer says 33k but there have to be more than that on it so i'm guessing it's 133k but dont know for sure. Replace the battery this year and one of the blinkers just went out. That's it, everything else works except the horn and the original CB thats still in the truck. I'm going to list this truck for a month with a decent reserve. If it brings a fair price I will sell it but dont think your going to get this one for an Ebay deal because I could just as easily hang on to it and be perfectly happy. So if you want a truck no one else has and are willing to pay a fair price for it.... Bid away and lets see how it goes.... Good luck and contact me with any questions. And please remember it's a 1987 it's not perfect but it is awesome.
