Many folks are asking me why am I selling the car so cheap...simple I have 4 kids in private school and need to reduce my stress and outstanding debt. This car is perfect and someone will get a great deal on an amazing car. I lowered the price to sell the car and move on. There is nothing wrong or hidden with this car, it is as nice as described. I believe the first person to see it in person would absolutely buy it. No disappointments with this car! It is beautiful and ready for a new home! Don't hestitate and miss out on a great deal! It has been completely frame off restored and is in excellent condition. Less than 300 miles since the restoration was completed. Every part replaced, repainted, rechromed, or rebuilt. Numbers matching 396/425 engine. Runs cool down the road thanks to a brand new DeWitts aluminum radiator. Tuxedo Black paint - new paint job completed January 2011 Black Leather seats - new covers, seat foam, and seat backs Rebuilt Gauge Cluster New Dash Pads and full interior replaced All exterior chrome replaced, or re-chromed. New bumpers! New wiring harnesses, new fuel and brake lines 99% correct car! Whats not original or correct - has 67 style corvette rally wheels (new from wheel vintique). Has aftermarket Holley Carburetor, Corvette single point tach drive distributor...not TI, DeWitts direct fit Aluninum Radiator, 1965 Alternator but not a 42 amp. Most everything else is correct for a 396 car. The entire interior was replaced - door panels, carpet, seat covers, seat foam, seat backs, kick panels, dash pads, sun visors, cluster rebuilt, radio rebuilt, clock rebuilt, convertible frame removed - sand blasted -painted before the new top was installed. The paint is perfect, all panels are straight. All exterior chrome either re-chromed or replaced. The engine has less than 300 miles on it since the rebuild. heads 3856208 dated B285, block 3855962 dated B225, correct intake #3866963, correct exhaust manifolds both are dated A??5. As you can see from the pictures the frame is perfect...it was in excellent shape before we started the restoration. I replaced the wiring harnesses, heater core, heater box, rebuilt the wiper motor, has the correct dull chrome finish. Over $95000 invested in the restoration.
