T Bucket 1924 rat rod hot rod HERE IS A 1924 T-BUCKET...THIS BUCKET HAS THE NOSTALGIC LOOK WITH THE FLAME PAINT JOB THIS IS THE WAY THEY BUILT THEM IN THE 60S AND 70S............THIS CAR WAS POWERED BY A NICE FORD 302 ENGINE. THE ONLY THING THAT IS MISSING ON THE CAR IS TO DO THE INTERIOR AND A NEW MOTOR. I HAVE MANY PICTURES OF THE COMPLETE BUILT. THE CAR HAS ALL THE WIRING AND TRANSMISION. The body 1) The body is made of fiberglass with the pick up box 2) The body was custom painted with PPG base and clear 3) The fire wall is painted checker style 4) The flame pinstripe it color big league blue 5) The flame are 60s style with corvette yellow and fire red on the tips 6) The rest of the body is jet black 7) The body has a small crack on the pick up box and it crack the side it can get fix without missing up the custom paint job. The picture will show you it nothing big. 8) The grill is made of steel 9) The dash came off a 1963 Ford Galaxie cut and modified to fit the t bucket. The FRAME is set up for a 302 motor Wiring 1) All new wiring 12volt 2) New voltage regulator 3) New Resister Brakes 1) All new wheel cylinders 2) New brake hoses and lines 3) New master cylinder Steering / suspensions 1) Aluminum Corvair steering box Corvair steering column and steering wheel. 2) 4 radius rods 3) Watts link 4) Rear coil springs 5) Front I beam axle from a 1950 Ford F 1 6) Rear end from a 1964 impala it has a new drum and it has a small leak in the front seal also it painted black with red 7) The drive shaft was custom made and has new u joints Frame 1) The frame is painted and is rust free. 2) It has a 2005 ford f 150 tow hitch custom cut and fit to the frame and is under the license plate . Transmission 1) The AOD transmission was rebuilt and reseal. The only thing that happen to the transmission I dried stared and is leaking but, other than that the transmission is good. 2) The shifter came off a 1973 trans am and a tall shifter with an 8 ball for that rat rod look.
