1948 DeSoto Deluxe Suicide door This car runs, infact it has a rebuilt inline 6 cyl. Fires up right away. There's something loose in the manual trans shifter linkage, but it does go into 1st, 2nd, and 3rd...just tricky to get it into reverse. This motor purrs, no smoke, no ticks. Body is nearly perfect, very straight, 100% rust free car. Skirts go with the car. Someone started a new interior but never finished it. It's not my favorite colors but easy enough to change. Floors are new, done very nicely. This is a fluid drive car, 3 speed. Brakes work perfect. Steers great. New battery. Look closely and you can see an on off switch and a start button next to the battery under the hood, it needs to be relocated to the dash using the original ignition.
